Aims and Objectives
To address the issues we face on a global scale, we are doing more than just talking or complaining about the future we face. There is amongst us, a lot of blame and frustration that is fuelled by lack of education and ignorance. Why is it that people who insists on giving advice never seem to take it. The formation of the United Nations was a means to address issues on a global scale; really though have you ever thought about who controls the United Nations. War and hate is still prevalent in our society, third world countries are sliding deeper into debt and the social divide between the rich and poor seems to be expanding quite rapidly. What can we do. What do we do.
Imagine a world finally at peace, our efforts focused on medical and scientific research. The space program put back on the launching pad at the height of the space race. We could be exploring the universe, discovering more about ourselves, the preservation of the human race. How we began as a single organism to expand across the great planes of the milky way, and how we never knew the word ‘impossible’ ever existed. That day is coming, it is here, NOW…
The world is about to change.
The Epsilon Foundation is all about action, purpose, and results. Before we go on about changing things on a global scale we need to form unity and co-operation at a base level. Starting from community development to metropolitan to cities to state and to the national level. We must demonstrate to the world that we can achieve anything we want to achieve.
Although the primary goal is to strengthen Australia’s position, it may seem selfish at first however in hindsight if you look at it from a grand scale perspective you will see why the executive has chosen this path. If we help ourselves initially and build a solid and reputatable organisation at a national level , then we can start to expand our goals to an international level. As Jesus once said “Take the log out of your eye, before you take the spec out of someone else’s.”
To achieve success into the 21st century the following are the goals of the foundation:
-
national unity of all non-profit benevolent organisations
-
formation of a national space agency for Australia
-
implementation of the first experimental research community
-
reduce foreign ownership of Australia to less than 10%
-
formation of School of Arts, music and science
-
function in parallel with the CSIRO and similar agency
-
work as part of a co-operated network with environmental organisations
-
construction of an advance research facility
-
promotion of various artists within Australia
-
educate, inform, and demonstrate public awareness in areas of concern
-
provide assistance and support to community programs and
-
provide results
As an art, scientific research and development organisation we will be the leader spearheading the movement for every lasting change. This is not a political movement rather it is about addressing the issues that we currently face. We will work as part of a joint venture with The Venus Project headed by Dr. Jacque Fresco, who has a vision of redesigning the human culture. That is reforming the our lifestyle, economic structure, energy usage and transportation.
Further all our goals will be conducted carefully in 15 sequential phases. These stages exists in 5 different states being:
-
Alpha State - Preliminary Establishment 2008-2015
-
Beta State - Local operations 2008-2020
-
Gamma State - National operations 2010-2025
-
Delta State - International operations 2010- beyond
-
Epsilon State -Orbital operations 2015 -beyond
Preliminary Establishment - Alpha State
This state will be the initial establishment of an experimental research community (The Epsilon Project). This community will house, scientists, artists, teachers, families, students, and those who wish to participate in such a a project. It will be a cybernetic community, similar to the aims and proposals of The Venus Project, where participants will be able to live, work, rest and play. The relaxed, resort style haven will add new meaning to the standards of living and allow for more productivity and creativity to flourish throughout the community.
